We have an important update regarding our storage fees at Blackship.
Starting on June 12th
, we will update our storage fees based on package size. Here’s a quick look at the new fees in US dollars:
Please note that all packages will still enjoy 45 days of free storage. If your account is set up with a foreign currency, fees will be converted accordingly.
For customers using Two-Step Checkout (Pack & Hold), be aware that once your package is marked "Ready to Ship," you will have 7 days to complete your shipping request. After 7 days, your ready-to-ship package will accrue storage fees based on the daily rate.
Finally, these new shipping fees will not be discounted based on your Blackship Reward Plan level.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We're implementing these changes because we're running out of space in our distribution center. While we search for a new location, this update is necessary to ensure smooth operations. Later in the year, we intend to reduce these storage fees once we've relocated to a larger distribution center.
