The list of prohibited items mentions "Lithium-ion Batteries (without devices)". I had attempted to ship an electric drill kit that included a drill, charger, cases and a battery. The battery was deemed prohibited even though it came with a device. This is unclear and could be improved. The main problem is that I cannot actually communicate with anyone in customer service to ask these questions ahead of time, or even fix the issue when it happens. I had to pay an extra $12 to "Split Request" the kit to ask them to discard the battery and hopefully ship the rest of the item. As of now I dont even know if this will work. The only other option available is to throw the entire kit away, which is ridiculous and wasteful. No option available to return the item to the seller either. At minimum there needs to be a cusomer service email address for these issues.
