When scrolling to the bottom of customs selection to add an item, the chatbot button partly covers the add button. I think the chatbot button should be moved somewhere less obstructive or deleted entirely.

It would be useful, in my opinion, to be able to see the weight of the selected packages directly in the bar below together with the "[N] Packages Selected". I think it's quite doable considering that the weight of the individual packages is already shown on the screen for each package. Thank you!

I do not need this option but it's selected by default and I accidently didn't change the setting once and ended up having a package in the SHIPMENTS tab that I never use accumulating 40 USD of storage charges. At least packages in the SHIPMENTS tab should be shown in the MAILBOX since that is the page most use to make sure that there is nothing left in storage.

Each question or even related questions related to a package are taking more than 24 hours to turnaround. Earlier this was not the case and a single issue could be resolved quickly. Now I have to wait whole day for a simple response. Please improve this as this made black ship different to other providers. Regards, Alok

I think it might be a good idea to be able to download the commercial invoice of the package sent directly from the shipping screen. Or, if not from there, perhaps an automatic sending by email when it is generated. This way we can have a digital copy as well as a physical one.

Ability to change the sender name from Blackship to another name, a company or persons name selected by the customer. The Package will still have Blackship address but is sent from a name selected by us. It can help with sending a gift or show business name etc.,

Latest box contained an additional 900 g of boxes and paper that was supposed to have been discarded. I asked for the order to be consolidated. This is the first time this has happened. My orders are usually individually bubble wrapped, this is very sloppy and I hope this isn't what I can expect in the future.
