I am in Taiwan and would like to send my card to PSA for identification, but they only accept packages from Japanese addresses. Can I send it to you and then ask you to forward it to PSA via Japan Post?

Hello Chienhsiung, 
Yes, you can send your card to your Blackship address in Japan, and we’ll forward it to PSA via Sagawa (for domestic shipments, we use mostly Sagawa, not Japan Post). 
Please note that we only forward packages and can’t confirm if PSA will accept the shipment. Also, we can’t fill out any forms on your behalf, so make sure all paperwork is ready.
