Being able to change payment currency for users

Hello, Blackship advertises that it's possible to choose between different currencies, but after having searched in the user panel and contacted customer service, it seems this option is only available when you create your account, and it's not possible to change it afterwards. This is very frustrating for me, as my account is three years old and I now have a credit card allowing me to pay in JPY. This option is very often proposed, so it's difficult for me to comprehend why BlackShip wouldn't allow their users to do so, especially when it's advertised on their website. Could you please look onto that? Thank you.

since there is no japanese law on this, and competitors are allowing payment in different currencies (https://www.tenso.com/en/static/guide_payment_index), i reckon this is more likely Blackship's decision to make things easy, ie. accounts under the same currency (financial settlement & reporting) being handled by the same representative. if currency change is allowed, this may mess up the shikata (or work procedure). therefore you may see that there are already more than 10 votes but it isn't being reviewed. Blackship please clarify if it isn't so.

Qc Kby: In Blackship it is not possible to change the currency midway, because of the limitations of Stripe, our payment processing software that we use in order to process credit card payments. After we create a payment account associated with a given customer it does not allow to change the currency.
