Missing Item in my Shipment, high probability that they stole it

Shipping B534807, A high-value item is missing from my package. It's a One Piece TCG card. It was almost certainly stolen during packing. This is only my second shipment. What do I do now?

I once had a situation where I thought something precious (but only to me) had gone missing during packing. I had asked them to keep all original packaging, and it turned out that they had just opened one of the other boxes in my shipment and put it inside. Definitely check all your boxes! I've made 22 shipments with them over the past two years and have had zero issue other than that scare.
