We also discovered that our website’s “Contact” link was broken for some time. This has since been fixed and now directs users to our correct email contact.

Same issue. In the past we used to have a chat option, or fill out contact us form. But now i dont have any option to email customer service. I have to scan through the Help document and finally found an email.
