shipping fee on the invoice

The last packages were always free of shipping costs and the import duty was acceptable. But the last invoice included shipping costs again and I had to pay a high amount for import duty. That is very disappointing.

Is that because of the type of FedEx express delivery?

Blackship always put the shipping fee, otherwise a flat rate would be calculated from the courier company. 
But it also happens to me that Fedex/Dhl sometimes includes the shipping cost for customs duties calculation while other times they don't include it.
According to Fedex support it should always be included so i suppose we just have to consider it a stroke of luck when it's not included.
